Photograph Reuse Guidelines for Theatrical Performers Only

If your likeness appears in one or more photographs in the theatrical performance galleries, I have granted you some liberal rights of reuse of the photographs you appear in.

Please read carefully:

1) You may not do any further post-processing or make any image alterations other than cropping, trimming and resizing.

2) For personal or promotional use online, e.g. on your website, in email, or on Facebook or other social media sites, you can reuse the image freely and crop it how you like.

2a) All online images must have a separate photo credit, e.g. in the photo description or body of the email message or website etc. if a separate text credit line cannot appear (e.g. technical or policy restrictions), you cannot use these photos. A separate text credit line must appear in all online use, even if the photo watermark is visible.

2b) Photo credit for KWLT shoots should read: Photo (C) SeanMPuckett.com / KWLT.org

2c) If technically possible the links must click through to the appropriate websites.

3) For personal, promotional, friends or family use only, you can freely print the images on your own printer. You can also print your own image for your headshot binder or to mail to casting directors or agents, although for best quality you may wish to have me print them for you.

4) For all professional & commercial use, both online and in print, including but not limited to having a photo lab make prints, creating a show flyer that will be professionally reprinted, for use in a paid-insertion banner ad, added to a book, as stock photography, put on a CD insert, or any other use where money changes hands before or after production, we'll need a separate license agreement so I can get a fair share.

5) These rights are not transferrable, and apply only to photographs that have your own likeness.

6) If others appear in a specific photograph you wish to reuse, you should check with those individuals to make sure your intended use is acceptable to them.

All other use of these images must be specifically authorized by Sean M Puckett in writing.
Any use other than that described above is a violation of my rights as the creator of these images.
